• There is no such thing such a Canadian H2 Visa. Instead, your spouse, once in Canada, can apply for a full landed immigrant status and/or a work permit. The process for a job permit may take a few weeks but it is contingent on having a job offer. Put it simple, Canadian spouses of expatriates have a MUCH better time finding themselves than in the USA.
