Visa from Lebanon

Hi Rama,
Unfortunately you do need a visa to come to Cyprus. You should contact the Cyprus Embassy in Beirut.
It is very difficult now for Lebanese to get permanent visa, but maybe you could get a tourist visa then apply once you are here.
I wish I had better news for you.
