how can i change my visa type...

• i am originally from Nepal. but now i am in UK .. i got the visa. from my father as his dependend. ILE.. and its been around 2 yrs i have been working here... in care center.. and i would like to call my husband.. to UK from nepal. but before also my husband applied for Settlement visa as my dependent but it was refused with reason I am already the dependent of my father so i can't call other depenedent on me. So now i would like to change my visa type to Other Visa type like Independent or otherelse.. any one can please help me out.. and can anyone suggest me that how can i .. do it?
