• visa changes from tourist to work in Canada

  the first thing you need to have is a job offer. Citizen & Immigration Canada will not take an application without a firm offer. Among other things, the offer must state that the foreigner non-landed immigrant is not taking a job that could be filled by a Canadian/Landed Immigrant.
