Can I keep my c permit if I leave temporarily?

I have a c permit after living here for a number of years. If I leave Switzerland for a space of 18 months/ 2 years to work elsewhere and then return with the same company, can I retain my C permit status when I return?

Hi, If you are out of the country for more than two years you will loose your C permit / under not. However if your company moves you back after two years then you will start again with a B.
