Working in Spain

Hello,
I am currently doing a Global project for MNC covering various countries worldwide. I am currently holding a Residence Permit in Netherlands.Can I use the Netherlands Residence Permit and continue the same project under the same sponsor in Spain. Or do I need to get a separate work / residence visa in Spain as well. Hopefully, someone can help me here.
