Tourist help at Madrid Airport

My daughter will be leaving Spain from Madrid airport and wants to leave her phone for her friend to use. Their paths will not cross - she leaves one day, the friend arrives the next morning. Is there a tourist help desk that she can safely leave the item? The lockers use keys!
