Is there a mail forwarding service in Poland?

I have to leave Poland this month and therefore need a mail forwarding service. As I don´t speak Polish, I cannot find it anywhere. Does it exist? How much does it cost?

Unfortunately I never used such a thing before, so I cannot tell you if it's a rather cheap or rather expensive one...but maybe you can try it if you don't find another one.
