need good nephrologist & rheumetologist

i am looking for a nephrologist and rheumetologist in kuwait city. i have lupus sle/nephritis. i am moving there in possibly the next 6 months for a job. i live in the U.S. i am also on 9 medications that i take daily. how is the pharmacies there? and hospitals?
