Semester Program over 90 Days in Schengen Area

• I will be bringing a USA student group from Bethel University [St. Paul, MN] to Germany, spending 1 month at a Goethe Institute and then doing travel-study for the full fall semester -- 103 days total. Our entire time will be in the Schengen Area with most time in Germany or Austria.
  Do I need a special visa for me [professor] and my 25 students?
