Contract + Samsung D-500 for take-over

• Hello all,
  I am moving to Germany 01.10.2005 but I have a Dutch cell phone contract for still more than 1 year. The contract is with T-Mobile NL, 400 minutes a month, 150 SMS per month for 58,- euro's per month.
  
  Can somebody help me and take over this contract? You get a phone with it as well (a black Samsung D-500)
