setting up own company in Dubai by an European

• Hi
  I run a small IT/web company in my country, I'm european and white, and I love Dxb (I've been there). Are there chances for a small company to be run there by a foreigner? Or no one likely does business with white strangers? How is it?
  I would like very much to set up in Dubai, but standalone, not as an employee. I have an investor, so startup money would not be a problem.
