English Speaking, Reliable, Good Builders, Sofia

• Hi can anyone recommend one, that does not talk in riddles, also what is the general payment practice, i have a large 1 bed Appt close to the City with P/P to convert into X2 Appts.
  
  i have been recommended to X2 builders now, x1 gave me a price but now cant do the work, the other thinks i am green & has come in with a rediculous price, non speak English they were recommended by an Agent of whom i feel wants a big slice of the cake also.

  If you are looking for a relaiable builders check out this website.( bulgarian properties ltd ) and them for their advice. they will introduce you to a reliable builder. I know this company very well as i have purchased my hous from them. for sure whoever they recomend is the best.
