Sponsorship for working in Australia

  I have been visiting the immigration site of Australia looking for posible employer who could help me land a job in Australia. I am an accountant (a CPA) and currently working as Accounting and Finance Head for a company in the Philippines. What I am looking for is a company or firm which hires overseas candidates, and sponsor their visas. I know that i could not get a working visa for Australia without a ready employer. I hope somebody could help me on this.
