voting in elections in Canada

• There are three levels of government in Canada. Municipal, Provincial and Federal. Which are the ones that you need to registed with elections Canada?
  
  I checked the elections Canada website and there was not much info on it.

  You need to register only once. You need to be a Canadian Citizen in order to vote in elections at all levels of government
